What are the suggestions for breast pain and lumps and watery discharge from it?

Most probably it will be a benign( non cancerous) breast disease like fibrocystic disease. You can go for a mammogram to look for any lumps or tumors in the breast. As a first line management you can take drugs like mefenemic acid for pain relief.
