What Are The Sources For Viral Pneumonia Infection?

My baby girl was 39 days old, from past two days she got severe cough we consult doctor he suggested us to take xray. In the result he tell us its pneumonia viral attack, me and my husband don t know the reason for that arrived virus. She don t have fewer. Now she admitted in hospital for treatment. Once in 4 hours they put nebulizer and taxim 250mg, amlkacin 100mg injection twice in a day through venflon. Now cough will be minimizing. I need the reason for how it attacks ?and how to prevent her hereafter?

Hello,

It can be transmitted from silent carriers. Restrict the visitors till one year of age. Always use hand sanitizer before touching the baby. You can also consider optional vaccines.
