What Are The Solutions For Instability In Blood Pressure In 85 Year Old?

my 85 yr. young grandmother is basicly healthy. She lives alone and sees her dr. regularly. Within the past month she has had a problem keeping her blood pressure stable. It sometimes gets as low as 80 for the top number. Her dr. insist that she continue to take her blood pressure medication. She has dizzy spells and im afraid she will fall. What can I do to help my grandma?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given for the old lady I would like to say that take care for her hydration, encourage her for drinking more water as well as diet is also important, otherwise no need to worry about this, if the symptoms does not improved then she would need clinical examination, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
