What Are The Signs Of Having Vasculitis?

Hi, I have Sjogren s Syndrome, and 5 other autoimmune disorders.... so far...and so, it can get complicated. But, I have been having increasing petichea and purpura outrbreaks on my feet, legs and ankles, over the past 3 years. Now, it is every day. They have now began to spread all the way up to my crotch, and my legs are swelling quite a lot but not always badly, with prickiling and strange nerve sensations. I fear this is vasculitis which is not uncommon in SS, but I have no idea what type or what else could be going on. I have never taken prednisone and I am on no meds right now. I have no doctor, thanks to Obamacare. I fear kidney involement, also. I have photos of this rash if you want to see it. I am quite active, not sedentary. It can happen in a few minutes time, but is already fading the next morning. I just turned 60. I also contineu to loose weight, and my limbs look like they are wasting away.
