OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cardiac activity can appear in the fetal node till the gestational sac is 25 mm. So, in your case, it is still not a missed abortion.
You should get a repeat ultrasound after one week to see if the cardiac activity has appeared.
Further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
