What Are The Signs Of A Heart Attack?
I am wondering about the signs of heart attack for women when symptoms are not typical pain in chest and/or left arm. For instance I have been having pain off and on this evening in the back of my neck and between my shoulders. I am 76 yrs old, about 20 pounds overweight but otherwise healthy and active. I have two problem areas one is COPD the other is arthuritis.

Pressure, tightness, pain, or a squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to your neck, jaw or back.
Nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain. Shortness of breath. Cold sweat. Fatigue. Lightheadedness or sudden dizziness.
