More over clear discharge is not a feature of gonorrhea. Patients with gonorrhea generally present with thick vaginal discharge. You can easily confirm/exclude gonorrhea by examination of the discharge under microscope or by PCR. Go to you nearest STD(sexually transmitted disease ) clinic to confirm the diagnosis. Clear vaginal discharge could be a normal varinat in some young females due to hormonal imbalances, or it could be a sign of pelvic infections.
