What Are The Sideeffects Of Lucentis Injections?

I have recently started taking Lucentis injections for Macular Edema. I had some dizziness and feeling faint so I wanted to check on the side effects of this drug.. I read that there is the potential of renal disease or failure.. I am already in stage 4 kidney failure and have been told I will need to start dialysis in the next few months. I am concerned that continuing with the Lucentis treatment will harm my kidneys further. What is recommended? I am 59 type 2 diabetic female.

See , the side effects of lucentis injection are:
1 eye pain or redness, swelling around your eyes;
2 sudden vision problems;
3 discharge or bleeding from the eye;
4 eyes being more sensitive to light;
5 seeing flashes of light or "floaters" in your vision;
6 feeling like something is in your eye;
7 sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body;
8 sudden severe headache, confusion, problems with speech or balance;
9 pain or burning when you urinate.
