What Are The Side Effects Of Using Black Magic Hair Removal Cream In The Vagina?

My daughter used some black magic hair removal on her vagina and it got on her upper lips. After this happened her vagina started to get very irratated. It is red, swollen, and hurts when she moves. It has blisters on the upper lips also. It has been this way for a week now, is there anything that I can do ?
