I am 43 year old male have been on and off antidepressants since spine surgery two years ago. I have lost my insurance recently but I feel as though I am slipping back into that foggy headed uninterested guy again. I no longer care about going places or even sex. I am not sure I would even be able to. I feel kind of mad with the world most of the time. I take my bad low mood out on my family. I fear I may loose them. I don t want to be such a jerk but I can t seem to help it. I feel like this most of the time but occassionly I just feel out of control, like I could just do anything. What do you think I should do?
