What Are The Side Effects Of Using Xifaxan?

My GI prescribed xifaxan 200 mg 3xdaily for 10 days due to IBS-c and weaning off Wellbutrin. It has been 6 months since I stopped the Wellbutrin and and my body is flipping back and forth fem diarrhea and constipation. In the last two weeks it suddenly got worse and very unpredictable! What can I expect when I start the xifaxan? Thanks!
