What Are The Side Effects Of Using Melamet Cream?

Hi Sweety here, from one year I am using melamet cream is there any side effects cause due to use of this cream? in future point of view am asking.... Now a days some small tiny sizes pimples are coming on my face can you give any suggestions on this? Or can you tell me any other cream which will not cause any side effects I want same advantages of melamate skin whitening, smooth, remove dark circles

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Melamet cream is a combination of Tretinoin+ Hydroquinone + Mometasone Furoate and Mometasone Furoate is a Steroid and eruption of pimples seems to be a side effect of steroid..
It can also cause other side effects like skin darkening, rashes, thinning of skin and swollen veins under skin..
I would suggest you to stop using the cream gradually..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash, as there are pimples apply Benzoyl Peroxide gel and Clindamycin gels over the pimples, do cool compresses and exfoliate your skin twice a week..
For improvement of complexion you can apply Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams, take Vitamin C supplements and apply Vitamin E oil on face..
Limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen lotion when you go into sun..
Take a nutritious diet and drink plenty of water..
