What Are The Side Effects Of This Medication?

I had radiofrequency surgery for anal spasm and anal fissure on 23 jan 2014...after that doc has given me antibiotic painkiller voveron antacid and creamffin...but from last three days I hve stomach cramp and low degree fever....today I hve taken meftalspas for pain two times...my question is wht could be theside affets for meftalspas...I m scard abt constipation??can u pls tell me will it affect on my stool..my stool shouldn t be hard....

Hello,

Voveran can cause gastritis.
As of now you can take antacids like omeprazole for symptomatic relief. You can take drugs like tramadol in place of Voveran.
Avoid spicy foods, especially while you are on Voveran.
