Nexdom is a Non steroid anti inflammatory drug, you must not it regularly, but only when you feel the Migraine episode because migraine is not continous. Sibelium is prophylactic drug used in migraine, you must use it as per the doctors advice because it has relatively less side effects at low doses. Same is the case with divas. There are serious concerns like, gastric ulcer side effects related to Nexdom. Other side effects you can check individually any where on Web.
