What Are The Side-effects Of The Medicine, Adderall?

I took 20mg of Adderrall 3 hours ago and have had no side effects besides cotton mouth and numbness in my middle finger and left leg. I have not been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. Is it likely that it had no beneficial side effects because I actually have ADD?
