What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Zoloft Tablets?

My doctor prescribed zoloft for situational depression. I ve started taking it a couple of times but stopped after a few days. I yawn constantly and have have no energy or motivation to do anything. I can t decide if the side effects are worse than the symptoms.

Hi! Zoloft tablets are actually a drug called as Sertraline. This is a group of drugs called as SSRI's. (Selective Serotonin Uptake Inhibitors). Zoloft is a member of the SSRI family that includes other similar drugs like Venlafaxine, Fluoxetine, Escitalopram, Citalopram and Fluoxamine. You mentioned that Zoloft was causing you so many side effects that you were wondering whether to use it at all. Don't worry! A new drug is also available today.
