What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Synthroid (125 Mcg)
I'm a 52 year old female that's had a hysterectomy and also my left adrenal gland removed in January 2009. I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed in April 2009. I missed taking my Synthroid (125 mcg) for about 5 days because I was waiting for my prescription to be filled. After I started taking it again I noticed blood in my urine on the 2nd day. Now that I am back taking my Synthroid again on a regular schedule I haven't noticed anything. Is that normal or should I schedule an appointment to have my urine checked? Thanks for your time!

Thanks for query.as you mention you had thyroid cancer resected.blood in urine without other symptoms with you age and history demands a urine analysis and a search for malignant cells in it.I don't think its related to synthyroid.regards
