Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Both gutkha and cigarette contain nicotine, which is major psychoactive substance in these product. It is also responsible health hazard and addiction potential of these products. It damages almost all organ in the body and carry major risk of causing GI and respiratory tracts cancers.

Your current symptoms (weakness & pain in legs) are related to nicotine withdrawal and stress of withdrawal which will subside in 1-2 weeks. You need to be motivated for de-addiction from smoking also. If you are not able to stop smoking yourself, then for deaddiction you can meet nearby psychiatrist.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
