What Are The Side Effects Of Smoking?

I started smoking when I was 16 years old and because I wasn t aloud to by my parents I d stop for a while then start smoking again until I got caught. I m 19 now and I ve started smoking again, in the three years I ve been smoking whenever I stop smoking then start again I feel as if I m shaking but my body doesn t move. I don t get sick or headaches but I will get the shaking sensation whilst smoking and a few minutes after. Is there a reason for this?

Cigarettes consist for Tobacco and nicotine is main constituent of tobacco which is a highly addictive substance. You are smoking since last 3 years and this have made you dependent on nicotine. So when ever you try to stop the drug you develop side effects. To prevent that nicotine withdrawal you should consult a psychiatrist for smoking cessation. To relives anxiety, tremors and restlessness from withdrawal drugs like Bupropion or Buspirone can help. For replacement of deficient nicotine drugs NICOTINE containing chewing gums can be used. This will prevent any serious side effects and you will feel better. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.
