General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it could be allergy symptoms. Look up the contents of the drug to determine any known allergies. Stop the drug for a few days to see if the symptoms reduce. Antihistamines can be used. In severe cases, steroids can be used with physician approval.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
