Panadol will not give you sleep. It is a fever and pain relieving medicine. Over use of Panadol will eventually affect your Liver. (Liver damage)

Zolfresh can give you sleep, but you will need stronger doses initially. Zolfresh 10mg can give you good 4-6 hours sleep. But you should also take efforts to reduce stress in your day to day life. Changing flight and duty schedules is not the only reason why you are having sleep problems. Probably there are stresses in your mind. Try to identify the reasons for stress, and find help to relieve the stress.

Learn a few exercise techniques. Talk with a psychologist/counselor about your situation. Take regular meals. Reduce coffee (if you are taking. ) Reduce alcohol/smoking (if you are using).

All the best.
