Hi,
Thanks for using the HCM. I am happy to address your questions.
contains Acetaminophen, Dicyclomine and Propoxyphene. Acetaminophen is an analgesic, dicyclomine, a type of muscle relaxant, its side effects include nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. Side effects are palpitation, urinary retension, restlessness and confusion. Chances of becoming addict to this medicine since it induces sleep. Propoxyphene is a mild, narcotic analgesic , is an opioid (opium-like) agent and causes addiction, dependence and side effects (such liver damage). Curiously one of the side effects of taking dextropropoxyphene is abdominal pain. It also causes constipation. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks
