My bf has psoriasis and has been using protopic tacrolimus ointment .1%. As soon as he started using the cream, his scrotum skin started turning grey. He has been off the medication for 2 months and still the skin is turning grey. What could cause that?

Hello,

Tacrolimus ointment may cause itching and burning at the area. In allergic patients it may cause discoloration of skin.

So please consult with your dermatologist he will examine for the cause and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
