Hi,

Mirtazapine is an effective antidepressant that is used in the treatment of depression. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. Side effects are nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, changes in appetite, weight gain, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, tiredness, fatigue, dizziness, lack of energy, constipation, allergic reactions etc.

Paxidep contains paroxetine that belongs to the group of antidepressant medications known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder etc. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. Side effects are nausea, vomiting, headache, dryness of mouth, increased sweating, dizziness, weakness, drowsiness, changes in sleep patterns, tiredness, weakness, low sexual desire, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, allergic reactions etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
