Hello, I have had my mirena inserted back in 2012. I have not had a period in several months. The day before yesturday I began to bleed it was red the first day n brown for two days. I have been experiencing upper and lower back pain. Also my right breast nipple has been hurting for 3 weeks. I know mirena has had a recall bc of the number of pregnancies. I still feel the string from the mirena but I am worried bc of these symptoms. My husband and I are sexually active daily. At times I feel pain on my pelvis during sex. Are these normal symptoms? If not, what do you think or suggest? Thank you! I hope to hear from you soon
