What Are The Side Effects Of Melacare?

doc plz help me my name is subin .i am doing btech now. i have been using melacare for the last 8 months .yesterday i just stopped it due to various side effects that had been spotted. today i went to consult a skin specialist he is also one of the professors of sut hospital trivandrum .he prescribed me a skin scream for 30 days as use only during day times and some vitamine tabletsname of the skin cream is BETNOVATE GM . but it has also got side effects too .so doc plz help me as soon as possible

It's not clear from your history to what type of reactions you had with melacare.
Now betnovate GM has betamethasone (steroid), gentamicin (antibiotic) and miconazole (antifungal). If you had skin reactions to Melacare and it's infected or very severe, then betnovate GM will certainly benefit you. Do not apply beyond a month. Consuly your dermatologist after that.
Betnovate GM also has side effects but right now it's use might be to reduce side effects of melacare. Do use as precribed only. Hope this helps.Thanks.
