i am on eltroxin 75 i menstruatesometimes after one month and sometimes after 2months. i am46. i had not menstruate for 45 days this time. i had unprotected sex after 45 days. Are there chances of pregnancy. if so can i use pill 72 .please teii about side effects also

As you have an irregular menstrual cycle, it is difficult to comment on the date of ovulation and your chances of pregnancy. It would be wise to take the unwanted 72 course within 24 hours from the unprotected sexual contact.
Side effects are mild and include intermenstrual bleeding/spotting, delay in next menstrual cycle, nausea, cramps, etc; nothing serious.
