Breastfeeding is no doubt best for both the baby and mother. But there are certain conditions, when breast feeding can not be done. Although these companies are trying to give all the nutrients present in breast milk and according to need of the baby by their product, still there are some disadvantages.
These formula milk does not have the property to boost the immune system of the baby like breast milk.It should be diluted properly as over dilution will lead to under nutrition and under dilution can cause indigestion.
Ideally feeding bottle should not be used as there can be nipple confusion whenever you will start the breast feeding. Feeding should be done through bowl and spoon. If you are using bottle then it should be boiled along with nipple to avoid the infection.

I appreciate your concern.
you have not mentioned the condition why doctor has told you to stop breastfeeding, there are only few contraindication to breastfeeding and they are,if mother is HIV positive,is having untreated tuberculosis,is on certain medication.
There are some condition in which breast feeding is only temporarily stopped and those are any infection ans lesions on breast like boil, impetigo or herpes which mother is advised to use pump to express milk which can be given to baby,
so my suggestion is that you should consult your doctor.
regarding feeding breast milk is the best milk and if in any condition you have to give formula temporarily give it with spoon, avoid bottle,

Relax your baby will be fine,
God bless
