What Are The Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation?

Hello, I'm 14 & I have been masterbating since the summer I turned 13. Well, on te shaft of my penis I have bumps going 3/4 of the shaft & their many just up the side of the shaft. I was wondering how to get rid of them for one they really itch & I'm just worried about it. Please tell me if theirs anyway I can get rid of them by myself because i really don't want to tell me parents at all.
