What Are The Side Effects Of Doing Partial Hysterectomy At An Early Age?

I had a miscarriage right before Christmas and was 3 months along. They did a D and C there was some placenta matter that was left so they went in and did a second D and C. I have never stopped bleeding from the first one and a week after the second D and C had extreme bleeding. They put me on 3 birth control pills a day and they bleeding is still happening. It slowed but is still there. On ultrasound my uterus is full of blood and very enlarged. Would you consider a partial hysterectomy at the age of 34? What are the side effects of doing one at such an early age?

YOU HAVE TO CHECK YOUR SERUM BETA HCG TO RULE OUT GESTATIONAL TROPHOPLASTIC DISORDER LIKE VESICULAR MOLE OR CHORIOCARCINOMA.
partial hystrectomy needed in case of life threatening bleeding which is not controlled by any medication.
yuo can take high dose progestrone to stop ypur bleeding,
do coagulation profile to rule bleeding disorder.
pelvic doppler show the arteriovenous malformation which could be treated by uterine artery embolisation.
