What Are The Side Effects Of Cyclogest And Duphaston?
hi doc i am around 9 weeks pregnant , i am 36 years old indian. just yesterday i had little spotting , i got scared , i called doc she gave me cyclogest for 15 days and duphaston for 30 days , this is my third pregnancy i have never had bleeding before. is it safe to take these two together.

AS per your narration you are 9 weeks pregnant and been prescribed cyclogest and duphaston. cyclogest and duphaston are progesterone hormone required for sustaining pregnancy. progesterone is synthesised in our ovary later in placenta in case of pregancy. initail periods of pregnancy there may be less secretion of this hormone and it need to supplemented through tablets. thats why it may be given to you
