Hi,

Cremadiet contains Ispaghula husk powder. This powder is a source of dietary fiber and increases the water absorption thereby softening the stool and preventing constipation. It is a very safe drug and can be used regularly without any issues / side effects when you do not exceed the recommended dose.

When excess dietary fiber is taken, it may lead to abdominal bloating / pain, loose stools, temporary weight gain. Hence, I would suggest you to continue with 1 and half spoon powder at night.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
