General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Under eye skin is very thin and sensitive.Continuous use of creams for pigmentation can be harmful to the skin and can cause wrinkling of skin, irritation or other side effects. General cause of under eye darkness or hyper-pigmentation should be treated. Adequate hydration and sleep is essential. Avoid stress. Increase vegetables and fruits in diet. Applying cold compress can also be useful. Laser therapy can also be beneficial in some patients.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
