What Are The Side Effects Of Cilacar Or Statins If Discontinued?

I am 70yrs taking treatment for BP/Typ 2 Diabetes. Doctor advised Metosartan 50 1/day.ecospirin AV75 1/day, Cilicar 10 1/day for BP and I take amaryl 2 1/day for Diabetes. medicines are being taken for 5+ months. I am having severe leg pains/cramps as I have daily walks 4km /day. Health otherwise normal Please advise if the statins/cilacar are to be discontinued any effects any suggestions? Satish I have
