my wife and i had unprotected anal sex for the first time and it hurt me like hell. it felt like a burning acid I pulled out and my penis was raw around the base of the head. I washed it and added a protective cream with zinc oxide. its all healed now but its been 35 days and now a single tiny 1mm bump is on the shaft of my penis. It feels like a hard hair is in the middle. It doen t itch just hurts to touch.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. The bump present on your penis shaft is most likely a boil. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful for identifying. If there is pus accumulation draining of puss will be necessary. Applying betadine ointment will be helpful also. Wash the area with warm water or saline. If more bumps appears then it is better to consult your GP or dermatologist to rule out genital herpes. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
