What Are The Side Effects Of An Expired Tetanus Shot?

My grandfather went to get his tetanus shot today. After returning home from his appointment a nurse called him saying the tetanus shot that was administered to him was expired. How long should he wait to get a new shot? What side effects might he have because if this mistake? He is also diabetic.

it willtake a couple of days to make a side effect....if there is nothing happened in those days,forget about it....a rach , nausea,vomiting,stomach ache...will appear as side effect..
