What Are The Side Effects Of Amphetamines And Treatment For Insomnia?

22 year old male, 190lbs, no history of illness.
I have been using amphetamines fairly frequently for the past 4 weeks. I have been keeping very well hydrated &I haven't been eating as much as I should. I also have insomnia. I have begun to notice my eyes taking on tint of yellow. I have normal clear/yellow urine and normal stool.

Amphetamine is psychoactive substance and avoid it until necessary.

It is addictive and cause mark alertness which can lead to insomnia.

Sleep will improve after cessation of amphetamine intake and will gradually recover.

Psychological stress and illness may also reasons for insomnia. Need detail evaluation.

Bemzodiazapine and zolpidam can help to restore sound sleep. Take your doctors advise before taking any medicines.
