What Are The Side Effects Of Abortion On Further Conceptions?

i M suffering from brain tb n taking medicines till date den i am unwantedly pregnant in this month i am not prepared to be a mother. also i am scared if abortion at the age of 28 is ok or can have side effects on my further fertility. this is my 2nd pregnancy. this month manturation period over just 1week,i got by testing in self test tube.i m not to be mother of 2nd child. if any solution ple.tell sir.

Understand your concern
Medical abortion has no any side effect on fertility. It can not affect the fertility. But remember you should do abortion under the guidance of gynecologist after getting the expert opinion.
USG should be done prior to check intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy.
By procedure, mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Complete process of abortion should be check by USG scan after 14 days.
You can also do abortion by surgical process like suction evacuation or D & C by experience gynecologist in aseptic condition.
