What are the side effects of Telogen Effluvium?

hi , i m 22 years old girl , i complained about telogen effluvium , the doctor gave me topical medications and dietary supplements .. my case improved widely .. then when i stopped using the supplements .. my hair became worse .. now i m using these supplements again and my hair is better i d like to ask if the long term use of these supp. may cause any harm ?? i use it a capsule day after day composition : * Dietary Supplement. I hope it's not pedal edema which can occur in kidney, liver, heart diseases and even in some infections .
