What Are The Side Effects Of Tamoxifen?

I was advised by my oncologist to take Femara in lieu of Tomoxifen after 8 yrs. Why, I don t know why and after looking at side affects, I am concerned because of the side affects listed. I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia rheumatic therefore need muscle pain added . What to do?
