As per your complain Skinlite cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furoate [steroid].. Although when applied it can show immediate lightening of the skin but in case if it is used for long term it can cause steroid dependence and even steroid use can cause harmful side effects like skin thinning, inflammation, excessive hair growth on face and pimples.. Even after the steroid use is stopped it can lead to increased pigmentation on face, pimples, rashes and itching.. I would suggest that in case if they want to reduce pigmentation of skin they can use Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.. Take Vitamin C supplements..
