What Are The Side Effects Of Prozac 80 Mg?

I have been on 8o mg of Prozac for 5 months for OCD and depression , I want to quit it because I am sick all the time, headaches, ache all over and have several violent dreams every night where I kill all the members of my family. I am 28 year male and can't work or even leave the house much because of my fear of germs.

I can understand your concern. Prozac 80 mg is Fluoxetine and the drug is a SSRI drug. At high doses the drug is very efficacious in OCD. The symptoms like violent dreams every night that you will kill your family members are probably due to persisting OC symptoms though detailed evaluation is required. At this high dose the drug can cause symptoms like nausea, dizziness, insomnia, restlessness, giddiness, poor appetite etc common side effects. This may result in delayed ejaculation, poor orgasm, poor libido etc as sexual side effects. If your symptoms are persisting and have side effects then discuss with your doctor for re-evaluation and treatment.
