What Are The Side Effects Of Premarin Nasal Spray?
I have been prescribed a nasal spray that has 45 MI Premarin 0.625 mg into a solution of Ocean Spray saline type solution for a condition affecting my eustachian tube called Patalous Eustachian Tube. I have concerns about possible side effects. I tried it for a week but no change in my condition.

I really appreciate your concern, the Premarin could be sensitive, it could cause dry mouth and nose, nausea, headache, these could be the side effect of this drug, it is better to use the oral anti-histamine and best would be "Tab Loratadine" three times in day, hope this information helps.
