Hi dis is Sourav age 26 years since last five days I my having gastric problem I took pantocid dsr 100 mg but it doesn t worked day before yesterday suddenly I started vomiting and loose motion and I was feeling cold a lot den I went to doctor he prescribed 1.Tab O2 two times daily for 7 days and 2.Tab lumerax 80 two Times daily for 3 days and 3. Tab Aciloc Rd one tab daily in d morning before eating for 7 ays. He told me to go for typhoid test and blood test. I m having heaviness in heart and gas problem wht to eat not to eat plz tell

Headache and diarrhea are two common side effects of pantocid dsr.
You can take probiotic supplements like sporlac.
The heaviness in the chest could be due to acid reflux and pantocid dsr would provide relief from this also.
Aciloc RD is a similar medication.
So you can take either pantocid dsr or aciloc rd.
