Hi. I am thomas from chennai i work in night shift n i look soo skiny. I would like to gain my weight. I get intouch with nutrigain n i have an question. How effective is nutrigain,. I am not sure about the side effect of this product but of course I could say that gaining the weight is not good, if you are in normal range then no need to think about this, if you no dot have any disease that caused the loss of weight then no need to increase the weight, hope this information helps, take care.
