What Are The Side Effects Of Neomycin And Polymyxin B?

i wsa told by my eye doctor that i have contact derm. on my eyelid. He prescribed an ointment. it is called Neomycin & Polymyxin B Sulfates and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment. i picked it up today and ive used one applicaion so far with no relief. how long will it take to start noticing a difference? also, what are the side effects?

should take medicine without dexamethasone which is available.if there is side effect then stop using the drug get substitute which are available can go for tobramycin or soframycin eye ointment.
