Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Mirena contains progesterone which has prolonged effect on endometrial lining. It can lead to atrophy of the endometrium and hence irregular spotting and prolonged amenorrhea. Sometimes, the effect of mirena continues for few days after its removal.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test and if negative, then you need not worry .
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
