What Are The Side Effects Of Minocycline?

Hi, my daughter is experiencing side effects common to Minocycline. She took her last dose 74 hours ago (and doesn t feel now). She passed out last night, sixty hours after her last dose. I m wondering if this could be related to the medicine. Thanks!

Thank you for asking on HealthcareMagic.com. Minocycline is a tetracycline antibiotic that fights bacteria in the body. Like all other antibiotics it may cause abdominal discomfort and diarrhea, but not constipation, so this condition may be related to her diet. I will recommend foods enriched en fibers and plenty of fluids intake. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Wishing you good health.
