What Are The Side Effects Of Metosartan, Ranolaz, Ecosprin And Amlovas?

I,m 69yrs old, my cadiologist prescribed Metosartan 25mg tabs with bp 150/100. i hav consumed that 4abt.4months,along with Ranolaz OD 1gm.tab at 9am & Amlovas 5mg.tab& Ecospirin AV 75/20mg(capsu). plz.enligten me with side effects.& how long those Imay consume those? I suffer frm.cronic constipation sicne 20yrs or more, now it is more : getting relieved only taking Dulcoflex 2tabs(OTC) every 3rd night b4 going 2 bed.

Hi,

All your medications are for heart problems and hypertension. You have to take all these medications for the indefinite period as per advice of your doctor. Some of the medicines you are taking can cause constipation as well. You need to visit your doctor to give you alternative solution for those medications. As far as you are not having any other adverse effects of the medications given to you and constipation in manageable with Dulcoflex I suggest you to continue these medications.
