Hallow Dear,

Your wife have taken I-pill after the day 20 of the cycle. After that if she has got menses and now she is pregnant in this cycle, the medicine has already left her body and you need not worry about its ill effects on the baby.

Even though she has conceived in the cycle in which she has taken I-pill, she need not be worried. I-pill contains progestational medicine. Progesterone is needed for the stabilization of pregnancy. Moreover, the dose of progesterone in I-pill is not very large enough to cause any ill effect on the baby.

I hope this helps you.
